In the Spanish state the seeds of cannabis are not fiscalized: The commercialization and possession of seeds of Cannabis is not constitutive of crime. Cannabis seed falls outside the legal concept of Cannabis established in the United Nations Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs of 1961 and is not included in its Annexes. Article 1 (b) of that Convention provides: in the case of cannabis, the expression of flowering or fruiting of the cannabis plant (with the exception of seeds and leaves not attached to the summits). Also in its art. 28, states that: "This Convention shall not apply to the cultivation of the cannabis plant intended solely for industrial purposes (fiber and seeds) or horticultural purposes".

The seeds of Cannabis that commercializes Xtreme Seeds within the Spanish territory are objects of collection and genetic preservation: It is expressly prohibited the use of seeds and other products marketed for purposes contrary to current legislation.

Illegal cultivation: Spanish legislation establishes acts of cultivation, processing or trafficking, or otherwise, that promote, favor or facilitate the illegal consumption of toxic drugs, narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, and as an administrative sanction the execution of acts of Planting and cultivating illicit drugs, narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances in public places where they are not constituting criminal offenses.

Consult legislation in your country of residence: National laws on the marketing and possession of Cannabis seeds, their cultivation and the consumption of Cannabis, differ greatly from one country to another. In some countries the simple possession or commercialization of cannabis seeds is illegal. Some countries punish acts of cultivation, while others allow them for industrial, scientific, educational, medicinal or self-consumption purposes. If you are outside the Spanish State consult the legislation in force in that specific place.
